Before&After is probably one of the most interesting places in Sofia where you can get excellent food and high quality service in charming surroundings. This is an old renovated house which once belonged to a famous Bulgarian poetess. It was converted in an elegant open space restaurant but the artistic feeling has been preserved. The tall ceilings and vaulted walls match nicely the dark wooden bar, floor and furniture. There is a charming fountain with flowers in the middle of the restaurant, which gives it a romantic touch. The menu is diverse, the food is fresh and delicious, and there is a good wine list too. The place is in the heart of Sofia and thanks to its open space and unique atmosphere, it has become a popular venue for various music, dancing and poetry events (check out the Latino dance nights each Sunday evening).
