Description
The tour begins with a hotel pickup in Sofia at 8:00 AM, followed by a 3.5-hour drive to Skopje, North Macedonia’s capital. During the journey, your guide will explain the region’s political history.
In Skopje, enjoy a 2-hour walking tour guided by a local expert, covering both the old and new city areas. Afterward, you will have free time to rest and sample the local cuisine before continuing to Pristina, Kosovo’s capital, which takes about 2 hours by car.
Once in Pristina, you will have some free time to explore the city highlights before proceeding to Prizren, Kosovo’s cultural capital. You will stay overnight in a centrally located hotel.
On the second day, after breakfast at the hotel, begin a walking tour of Prizren at 8:30 AM. Explore the narrow cobblestone streets and authentic Ottoman architecture, including Mehmet Pasha Hamam, a 15th-century stone bridge, and the fortress overlooking the city.
After the Prizren tour, return to Skopje (approximately 2.5 hours by car) for some relaxation and lunch. At 3:00 PM, depart for Sofia, where you will be dropped off at your preferred location.
