HADJIDRAGANOV'S CELLARS is a lively traditional restaurant located in the heart of Sofia, just off the iconic Vitoshka boulevard and the cheerful Solunska street. There is a wonderful story about Hadji Dragan whose name they carry and it's all about old traditions, tastes and flavors. The restaurant bears the typical 'mehana' ambience with plenty of bright traditional decorations, rugs and fabrics, antique tools and artifacts, extensive menu and waiters dressed in national costumes. You can find the best of the Bulgarian cuisine here and taste some of the finest local wines. Needless to say, there is live music too, beautiful folk songs and rhythms that compliment successfully the tasty food.
