Description
This day trip begins with an early departure from Sofia, traveling along a scenic mountain road between the Balkan and Sredna Gora mountains. After approximately three hours, you will arrive in Kazanlak.
Visit the Ethnographic Complex Damascena, located in the heart of the Rose Valley, to learn about Bulgaria's renowned rose oil production. Next, explore the Memorial Temple of the Birth of Christ, built between 1885 and 1902 in Russian Moscovite style, an Eastern Orthodox architectural landmark set in a tranquil location.
