Ethno

Ethno, or 'the kingdom of culinary temptations' as they describe themselves is a successful restaurant that offers various specialties from the Bulgarian, Mexican, Italian and Arabic cuisines and also one of the few places in Veliko Turnovo that serves fresh fish and sea food dishes and sushi. Ethno is superb for family and office gatherings and celebrations as well as wine and food tasting events. Ethno is located in the busy Bulgaria boulevard in the center of the City of the Bolyars. It has a sister restaurant, Ethno Staro Tarnovo, close to the old city. Both restaurants share the same menu and concepts - service is excellent, prices are reasonable and there are regular discounts and promotions aiming at 'high quality for happy customers'.
