Ostrets is one of the 4 villages which comprise the town of Apriltsi, less than 40 years old town considered 'a piece of heaven in the heart of the Balkan (Stara Planina) mountain'. The area is a beautiful natural retreat with good connections and communications to both wildlife and the urban territories.
Villa Rosi is a modern 3 storey holiday house with a good size garden with a swimming pool and stunning views of the mountain from upstairs. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. There is a big table with benches on the terrace at the front, a BBQ, a garage and generous parking space. The 4 bedrooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floor, all of them with 1 DBL bed and an armchair which folds out in an extra bed suitable for a child. The house has a central heating and air-conditioners in the rooms.
There are great possibilities for sightseeing and tourism in the area or simply some quiet time by the pool or the BBQ with special friends or family. Villa Rosi can be rented at very reasonable prices and sleeps comfortably up to 8 adults and children. It lies about an hour and a half drive from Tryavna and Veliko Turnovo and two and a half hours drive from Sofia.
