Bibliotekata (The Library) is located in the center of Stara Zagora and offers freshly made cooked to order food in a refined magical environment. There is an unusual variety of menus - daily menu, evening menu, breakfast menu, salad menu, vegetarian menu and even a tea menu. Bibliotekata boasts food which is 3 in one: fresh, delicious and healthy. No frozen or pre-cooked food, no foods with preservatives, only fresh ingredients, herbs and vegetables, carefully selected and cooked to order.
