The Wine Museum in Pleven exhibits over 6000 wines from across Bulgaria, making it the home to the country's largest selection. Historically, Pleven is known for its wine industry, housing the first and only Professional High School of Vine Growing and Wine Making.
Located in a converted cave among the greenery and lakes of Kailaka National Park, a trip to the wine museum offers visitors a glimpse of the region's spectacular natural landscape. The museum itself was created by a team of Bulgarian and French designers, architects, enologists and museum experts.
