Namaste! Welcome to Mettasense Yoga Studio, one of the most popular studios in Sofia. Mettasense is dedicated to offering holistic health and wellness programs which can improve the quality of our life and add to it the spice and vitality needed to achieve harmony and happiness.
Apart from a good variety of yoga classes, the studio conducts a series of workshops, various therapeutic procedures and is aimed at becoming a home outside one's home, a place of internal peace, quiet and enlightenment.
One of the main attractions of the place is the Japanese magical healing garden. At Mettasense they believe that we can acquire wisdom and inspiration by looking at the changing seasons and transformations in nature while meditating.
Mettasense is easy to find and access by both public and private transport (some 10 min drive from NDK) as well as by bike or on foot. It features 3 fully air-conditioned and adequately equipped rooms for yoga - Earth, Fire and Water, a wellness room for massages and other therapeutic procedures, shower and changing rooms with individual lockers, mat and towel service, green food salon and chill-out lounge and an Eco Boutique.
