JoVan The Dutch Bakery

John Hulsboch, the Dutch owner of JoVan, has been passionate about bread from an early age and has since attained a Master Bakery education and 12 years of experience working in bakeries in the Netherlands. For the last seven years however, Hulsboch has been running his own bakery, serving up tasty and nutritious bread to the people of the Bulgarian capital, Sofia.

Selling artisan breads, snacks and more specialities, JoVan has quickly become a well-known establishment not only in Sofia, but in other parts of Bulgaria too. Lots of bread made here in the Sofia bakery is inspired from all different corners of the world, with their French Croissants, German Landbread, American cookies, Bulgarian Kozunak Classic and the famous Dutch Apple Pie - which is a big winner with the customers. With no preservatives or E numbers and the salt reduced from 2% to 1.6%, JoVan bread is a healthy and attractive option in the Bulgarian Bakery industry.
