Sage Bistro is a delightful eating establishment in Bistritsa, one of Sofia's satellite suburbs. It is situated in the central square of the cute village and offers an excellent combination of top-quality food and service, beautiful panoramic view and intimate rustic ambience.
Sage seats 48 comfortably amongst clean-cut simple décor made of wood and bricks mainly. The menu features local and Italian specialties cooked with the freshest ingredients. The food is delicious and it is not hard to choose since the menu is short and concise. We highly recommend the home-made Tagliatelle - absolutely delicious and reasonably priced! Sage have a good wine selection that compliments the food. The bistro is a family-run business and everything about it - size, location, quality of food and drink, service - make visitors feel welcome and special.
