Talents Restaurant, is located in a beautiful and spacious house just three minutes away from the gigantic National Palace of Culture in the heart of Sofia. This roomy restaurant is sprawled over three levels. The first floor is rather stylish and flaunts gentle contemporary decoration, tables and chairs, complemented by cooking-related paintings and collages hanging on the walls. Live feed from the restaurant kitchen gives to guests the insider view on how the young culinary talents prepare every plate. It is perfect for casual, business or romantic dinners and lunches, while the second and third floors can host company events and private dinner parties.
Back to the tastiest feature of the restaurant now - it's marvellous food. The people who are chiefly responsible for the amazing taste of the dishes served at Talents are the students and trainees of HRC Culinary Academy - Bulgaria's premier culinary institute. The students come from 18 different nationalities and their different styles, techniques and incredible imagination make for a rich and variegated menu characterised by artistry, improvisation and international charm. Please, don't be afraid to experiment with the meals, because these second-year culinary students and chefs-to-be have previously practiced in some of the world's best restaurants and they certainly know all the tricks of the trade. Their mentor, the acclaimed head chef of Talents Restaurant Robin Villarreal, also contributes to the heavenly gastronomic experience by adding a pinch of extra class and exotic flavour.
Apart from the vibrant menu and the weekly lunch offers, the restaurant hides many more surprises for its guests as well. They can be witnessed almost every Friday and usually come in the form of exciting food-tasting evenings and thematic music performances.
