Culture Beat is a picturesque place in the heart of Sofia in the NDK (National Place of Culture) complex which functions as a bar, café and a night club. It attracts many young artists, musicians, designers and people who consider themselves as such.
The place boasts extremely colourful artistic interior and a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the city and the Vitosha mountain.
The music played is electronic music - house and techno - but there are theme nights dedicated to jazz, R&B, disco and even Indian/Bollywood music. Culture Beat Club is where the singles' party tradition began and where freedom of mind and spirit is totally encouraged. Another popular event run regularly is the Culture Beat Pazar where you can find clothes and accessories by young Bulgarian designers and labels alongside various books and LPs.
