Feeria is a successful fitness club for girls and women aged 12-70+. There are 2 branches, one in the center of Sofia, at the iconic 5 corners and one (newer and bigger) at the border between the trendy Borovo and Buxton districts.
The individual programs and coaching are mandatory. They are one of the main advantages of the club since they are devised to meet the personal goals and abilities of the members. Feeria's instructors are friendly and helpful, willing to assist and guide you through your efforts to get and keep in shape.
If you have a medical condition, the Club's well-trained physiotherapist and osteopath will consult you and together with the instructors will prepare the most appropriate recovery program.
Feeria conducts the traditional weight loss and fat reduction programs which also include LPG treatments and individual diets. Power Plate drills are particularly favored by those who target intensive training but have limited time to exercise.
The club offers regular promotions and discounts (check their website). Like most ladies' associations, Feeria boasts an active life outside the fitness centers full of social and charity events.
