Discover Hisarya, Bulgaria’s ancient spa haven built over Roman ruins and powered by 22 thermal springs. This 9-day rejuvenating escape blends spa therapies and wellness treatments with rich Thracian heritage, visits to UNESCO-listed Plovdiv, and boutique wine tastings in Starosel. Balance body and mind through guided therapies, gentle yoga, and cultural immersion.
Day 1 — Arrival Sofia → Transfer to Hisarya
Meet at Sofia or Plovdiv Airport. Private transfer (≈1.5 h/40 min). Check-in at your 4★ spa hotel, welcome briefing and orientation. Free time for relaxing.
Day 2 — Wellness orientation & Introductory Spa Program
Introductory wellness consultation with spa staff, spa orientation and wellness plan prepared by hotel specialists. Afternoon relaxation circuit (thermal mineral pool, sauna, relaxation areas).
Day 3 — Full Spa Experience Day
Wellness activities such as hydrotherapy, mineral baths, aroma rituals, or massages (based on spa’s weekly program). Evening: presentation on Thracian history and local customs.
Day 4 — Day Trip: Plovdiv (UNESCO Old Town)
Private transfer to Plovdiv (≈1 hr). Guided walking tour of the Roman Theatre, Ethnographic Museum, artistic Kapana quarter, and Ancient Stadium. Lunch at a selected traditional restaurant. Return to Hisarya late afternoon; optional thermal soak.
Day 5 — Thracian Treasure Trail: Starosel & Winery Visit
Morning visit to the Thracian temple complex at Starosel (Thracian tumuli & archaeological site). Afternoon boutique winery visit with cellar tour and tasting (local varietals) including a short light tasting lunch. Return to hotel for evening pool session.
Day 6 — Local Heritage & Village Immersion
Half-day guided visit to a nearby Revival-period village (e.g., Koprivshtitsa alternative route) or local craft workshop. Afternoon: targeted spa program focusing on circulation and relaxation (sauna, salt room, relaxation areas).
Day 7 — Wellness Day / Optional Activities
Guests choose between additional spa sessions or participation in group low-impact activities (Nordic walking, gentle yoga, breathing class). Evening free.
Day 8 — Closing Wellness Session & Farewell Gala Dinner
Final wellness orientation: personalised recommendations and take-home plan. Farewell dinner showcasing regional cuisine and wine (includes short folkloric programme).
Day 9 — Check-out & Transfer to Sofia or Plovdiv/ Departure
