Just a 2.5-hour scenic drive takes us to the Banderishka Valley near the famous ski town of Bansko. The route winds through breathtaking mountain landscapes and alpine forests. Our hike begins at around 1,900 meters above sea level and takes us deep into the Banderishki Cirque, where we’ll explore three beautiful glacial lakes surrounded by dramatic peaks. The trail is moderately easy and perfect for nature lovers looking to experience the untouched beauty of Pirin. After the hike, we’ll enjoy a well-deserved lunch at a cozy mountain hut located at around 2,000 meters, offering delicious homemade Bulgarian food.
