Visit important sites such as the former Bulgarian Communist Party headquarters, a secret police investigation facility, the location of the demolished mausoleum of Bulgaria’s first communist leader, and notable examples of communist architecture including the Rila Hotel and Sofia’s Stalinist structures from the 1950s.
