Description

Begin your self-guided tour from your accommodation at a convenient time. Drive to Magura Cave, one of Bulgaria’s most remarkable caves, measuring 2,500 meters in length with twelve large halls. The cave is over 15 million years old and notable for its extensive wall paintings, estimated up to 12,000 years old. Guided tours depart every hour. Due to its consistent low temperature and high humidity, the cave is also used to mature sparkling Magura wines.

Next, drive to Restaurant Pri Ivan for lunch. Enjoy traditional Bulgarian, Balkan, and European dishes while overlooking the Belogradchik rocks from the terrace. After lunch, you can relax and cool off in the outdoor pool surrounded by greenery.
