Explore a curated introduction to BA.S.A.L.T. through a tasting that brings together some of the rarest and finest wines in the venue’s portfolio. Hosted in Sofia and priced at 29 EUR per person, this experience is designed for guests who want a broader view across styles and origins, with 6 wines selected from Bulgaria, South Africa, and extreme vineyard regions. The tasting takes place at BA.S.A.L.T., where the concept is built around flexibility and discovery. With wines normally available in tasting pours, by the glass, and by the bottle, the venue offers a strong setting for comparative tasting. For this experience, the lineup mixes whites and reds and focuses on distinctive wines chosen from across the cellar, combining regional contrast with a selection of more limited bottles. During the session, your host will present each wine in sequence as you taste through the range. Complimentary water is included. Guests may also order tapas, cheese, and meat platters on site for an additional cost if they would like food alongside the wines. The experience finishes at the venue after the final pour.
