Sinia Han is a cozy hotel and restaurant complex near Chepelare on the main road between Plovdiv and the world famous winter resort of Pamporovo. This is a new building constructed in an old Bulgarian tradition style. The accommodation part is pretty small, only 3 rooms and 3 apartments, though they are all large and clean and offer gorgeous views of the Rhodope. Sinia Han is particularly favoured for its restaurant (and the specialties it serves) and the beautiful garden. Thick delicious youghurt is served in earthen pots which guests can buy if they wish. The warmth of the fireplace in winter and the chill of the water cascade in the summer bring peaceful ambience to this delightful place. The terraced garden is ideal in the summer when tired eyes can rest on the lush greenery and the murmur of water flowing will put the mind at peace.
