Kashtata na Dyado Kereza
Kosti (stress falls on the second syllable) is a charming village in the beautiful Strandzha Mountain, some 90 km southwest of Burgas. The village boasts rich history, little known even to the Bulgarians from the interior of the country. Kosti is one of the few places in Stranzha where people still practice the 'nestinari' (praying and dancing on live embers) rituals. The area offers a wide variety of optios for sport, fishing and hunting, travel and sightseeing.
Dyado Kereza House is a traditional rural house with a garden. It is located in the village center, next to the school and close to the Veleka river. There are 5 rooms spread on 2 floors, 3 bathrooms/WC and an equipped kitchen. You can rent a room only or the whole house at very reasonable prices. For contacts, rates and conditions, check their
