The mehana (traditional restaurant) is open from 8 a.m. till 12 p.m. and serves traditional food , chiefly local Rhodope specialties. They use largely organic ingredients produced locally, therefore the menu changes through the seasons. The food is slow cooked, cooked to order, it would be better to preorder if you have a schedule to follow.
The Spa center offers a wide selection of body and facial treatments. The Russian Banya and the milk or wine bath in 'a wooden barrel' are the 2 biggest attractions on the list.
