Danube Plaza is one of the emblematic landmarks of Ruse, Bulgaria's major river port on the Danube. The hotel was built in the 1960s and for more than half a century has offered comfort and convenience to guests and visitors of the city.
Located in the very heart of Ruse, on the main town square, Danube Plaza features 75 spacious air-conditioned rooms and apartments, some of which recently renovated, with delightful views of the Town Hall or the greenery of the Town Garden. Dark wood, leather and heavy textile mark the interior of the standard suites and deluxe rooms, while light pastel colors prevail in the Honeymoon Suite.
There are 3 conference halls, a main restaurant, a lobby bar and a cocktail bar. The restaurant benefits from a spacious summer garden which seats 300 and is a favored entertainment spot for both hotel guests and the local public.
