Balkan Hostel Ruse

Balkan is a small pleasant hostel located very close to the center of Ruse and a short walk from the magnificent Danube river. It occupies a renovated old town house with a delightful outside patio with a BBQ corner. The 7 bed dorm is located on the top floor and is actually split in 3 smaller rooms with a shared bathroom and no doors between the rooms.

Kitchen and communal space are downstairs where there is a second bathroom.

The outside garden is great for dining and socializing in the evenings.

Basic breakfast is included in the price as is the use of the washing machine and the Internet.

Balkan is good value for money because it provides decent lodging in a top location in Ruse where budget accommodation is sparse.
